Ensuring the Centre is accessible to all, there is step free access into the building from the external car park. There is a lift which provides internal step-free access to the Office on the 1st floor and rooms on the basement floor.

There is also a hearing loop fitted in the Loughrigg Hall and the Wesley Room.
