There are designated accessible seating zones in the stalls for wheelchair users, with adjacent seats for companions.

Assistance with hearingElgin Town Hall’s main auditorium is fitted with an induction loop system that may be used for performances. Please contact a member of staff if you require to use this.
Personal loops and headsets should be collected from the box office in the foyer. Please note that at some performances, audio equipment, headsets and adapters are in high demand but we will do all we can to accommodate your needs.
Assistance dogsAssistance Dogs are welcome and we will be pleased to look after them during the performance if required. Water bowls are available.
Accessible toiletsThere are two accessible toilets, one in the foyer and another in the lounge bar.
