The entrance to Jacaranda Records is raised, but we can provide a ramp for wheelchair access. The store on the ground floor is level throughout, though the live room is in the basement and must be accessed by a set of stairs. There is a handrail on the right hand side. Lift fabrication is currently in proceedings.
TOILETS: Step-free accessible toilet in the live room (radar)
SEATING: All shows are fully standing, though chairs can be provided on request. Many will have long queues, so if you cannot stand for long periods of time, make yourself known prior to the show and we will make arrangements for you.
STAFF: Staff do not have any specific skills, but are capable of assisting with ramps.
VISUAL INFORMATION: The room will be very dark during performances.
AUDIO INFORMATION: We cannot provide any audio translation for deaf or hard of hearing persons. If you require ear protection please bring your own.
ASSISTANCE DOGS: Please provide official documentation stating the dog has gone through training to be able to support you at events/other unusual environments and circumstances. Emotional support animals are not included.
