The Pleasance Theatre is a fully seated venue located on the first floor of the building. It can be accessed by stairs or by a lift in the Pleasance Café (ground floor). The lift requires staff assistance, so we ask any guests who need to use it to speak to a member of staff on arrival.
 
We currently have one designated wheelchair space in the Theatre, but additional seats can be removed in advance if required. When notified ahead of time, we can accommodate up to six wheelchair users, each with a companion seat next to them.
 
Additional accessibility information:

• Accessible toilets are available on the ground floor (entry level).
• Assistance dogs are welcome in the venue.
• Companion tickets are managed directly by the promoter.
• A hearing loop system is available in the Theatre.
