The entrance to Tobacco Factory Theatres is on the Raleigh Road side of the Tobacco Factory building and the Box Office is situated just inside the entrance on the ground floor. There is a ramp up into the building and a lift up to the Factory Theatre, Spielman Theatre and Theatre Bar on the first floor.
Tobacco Factory Theatres is fully wheelchair accessible and welcomes guide dogs. Both the Factory Theatre and Spielman Theatre have tiered seating with only a certain number of seats on floor level. The Factory Theatre auditorium has an induction loop system. There is an accessible toilet on the same floor as both theatres.
To book a wheelchair space for the first time, contact the Box Office directly. They will be able to book you in. They will also update your account so you will be able to book your own wheelchair spaces in the future. Just log into your account. You will be able to see where the wheelchair spaces in the auditorium and will be able to buy it by clicking on the wheelchair symbol. They seat next to it will be marked with a star.
