You can apply online or you can collect forms from our box office team. Our team at the venue can assist with the forms but we ask that you arrange a time to come in so that we can ensure a staff member is available. You can do this by calling 01492 872000 or emailing info@venuecymru.co.uk.

Conwy County Borough Council will make it easier for members of the county’s Deaf community to access services from 17 December 2018 when a new video interpreting service – called ‘InterpretersLive!’ – will be launched for a 12-month pilot scheme.
It means Deaf customers, who communicate using British Sign Language (BSL), will be able to contact the council through a British Sign Language interpreter.
